KARA LAUNCHES A NEW EXCITING TULIP MUFFIN RANGE

Kara; the pioneering foodservice brand of the Finsbury Food Group, have launched a new exciting tulip muffin range. Developing on their already successful tulip muffins, Kara have rejuvenated their existing three muffin lines and expanded the range with four new and exciting flavours.

Launched on the 7^th of November, the range consists of seven muffins, keeping the much loved classics such as the indulgent triple chocolate muffin and lemon & white chocolate muffin and introduced new exciting flavours such as a double injected Apple, Blackcurrant & Crumble muffin; an apple flavoured muffin with apple and blackcurrants, filled with sweet apple sauce and creamy custard, finished with a crumble topping. Other flavours include a Caramel Toffee Latte, Strawberries and White Chocolate, Chocolate & Orange and a Blueberry Crumble. All Kara tulip muffins have injected centres and eye catching toppings.

Chris Haddy, Head of Foodservice said: ‘The launch of the new muffin range allows Kara to continue to expand upon a well established bakery range and offer outlets new and exciting flavours enabling them to rejuvenate their menus. At present around 15% of total eating out visits are within a coffee shop and this trend is set to gain even more momentum next year so the launch comes at a great time.’

The new range is nut free and all are suitable for vegetarians, the muffins are produced with consistent quality, size and appearance.
