Tesco a leading retailer, serving millions of customers every week in stores and online. The Tesco Group also includes Tesco Bank and Tesco Mobile; a network of One Stop convenience stores; the UK’s leading wholesale business, Booker; and our data-science business, dunnhumby. Tesco’s head office is based in Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire.

Our business was built with a simple mission – to be the champion for customers, helping them to enjoy a better quality of life and an easier way of living. This hasn’t changed since our founder, Jack Cohen, first started selling surplus groceries from a stall in the East End of London, back in 1919.

We are focused on innovation, working with independent businesses or individuals on ideas that will help our colleagues and improve our service for customers.
