Part of the OSI group of companies Creative Foods is both a manufacturer and importer with an extensive portfolio of quality branded and bespoke products. In the frozen food sector Creative Foods specialises in value added poultry products and slow cook sous-vide products where they are represented by the Harvest Farms and Oliver James brands.

The company was established in 1991 originally trading as Atlantic Foods, after a period of rapid growth the business was acquired by the USA based Flagship Food Group and in the process changed its name to Flagship Europe. After a further period of sustained growth Flagship Europe was purchased by it's current owner OSI and was renamed Creative Foods. OSI is a multi billion dollar food manufacturing company with sixty five state of the art production facilities based in seventeen countries and employing over twenty thousand people. OSI has the infrastructure and resources to source, develop, produce and distribute next generation food solutions anywhere in the world giving it the ability to supply many leading foodservice and retail operators.

Both Creative Foods and OSI have a shared vison and passion for quality food products, food safety, innovation, value and service.
