Food waste collected from retailers and manufacturers is converted into renewable biomethane, which powers McCulla’s growing fleet of gas trucks — reducing CO₂ emissions by up to 98.8%. The company also generates green electricity to power its carbon-neutral cold stores and supplies certified biofertiliser to local farms, closing the loop in the food chain.
