QK Cold Stores (Marston) Ltd is owned by Peter and John Queally, two brothers resident in the Republic of Ireland. Peter and John are owners of one of Ireland’s largest privately owned agri-businesses with other company ownerships throughout the UK, mainland Europe, South Africa and the USA.

QK Cold Stores (Marston) Ltd operates a BRC approved frozen food and distribution storage facility from a single site location five miles to the north of Grantham in Lincolnshire directly adjacent to the A1 north –south road connecting London to Edinburgh.

The cold storage facility is also an approved HMRC Customs Bonded Warehouse.

The total site area is 28 acres with 17 acres of this accommodating the existing site facility.

The cold storage facility has a total capacity of 33,800 frozen storage locations and 350 chilled storage locations.

Added value services include blast freezing, packing, container loading and unloading with veterinary certification, case picking, and an existing customer dedicated tempering facility.

The site opening hours are Sunday 22:00 through to Friday 22:00, Saturday and Sunday 06:00 to 14:00.

Site security staff are on site 24/7, 365 days of the year with full internal and external CCTV monitoring.

IT systems are designed to support our customers supply chain management requirements with EDI solutions and customer access to real time stock information from anywhere in the world.
