Seahawk Marine Foods Ltd is a major operation in the UK's frozen seafood import and distribution sector.

Founded in 1982, Seahawk has maintained throughout the intervening period its original ethos of ensuring a high level of service and integrity to suppliers and customers alike, and product quality and consumer safety standards encompassing the many changes within the global and national seafood industry which are continually evolving.

The company is engaged around the world in sourcing and importing many hundreds of varieties of fish and seafood of all kinds, packed principally in Seahawk's own registered brands but also some client labels. The company welcomes such opportunities as it has executive and technical representation at its permanent operational bases in the sub-continent and the Far East.

Head Office is situated outside Trowbridge, Wiltshire, from where a substantial part of the Company's busness is conducted. Seahawk established a presence in Billingsgate Market in 2007, developing a sophisticated trading shop area within the Market building itself, and has since extended its operations adjacent to the Market to incorporate a large cold store and office complex, creating the biggest single presence in London's iconic Fish and Seafood Market. From there, and with a stock-holding capacity of 1200 pallets, over and above our ability to serve directly those customers who attend the Market in person, we are able to offer a more frequent and efficient delivery service to all customers within the London area inside the M25.

The majority of Seahawk's national distribution is carried out from the traditional hub of Grimsby, where the Company operates extensive storage facilities, which when allied to the transport network used means a weekly delivery service is available to the whole of the United Kingdom and Ireland.
