Who are we?

Principal Areas of Work

Examples include vehicle seizure and disputes with HMRC, concessionary reimbursement to bus operators, breach of contract, fitness for purpose, intellectual property, public procurement, business disputes, clandestine entrants, follow on damage claims, debt recovery, disputed debts, discrimination, general insurance litigation and operator disputes with insurers.
