Just in time for the upcoming National Burger Awards, Speciality Breads have launched their Black Pepper Brioche Roll.

The distinctive new roll joins Speciality Breads’ diverse Brioche range which received the much-sought after “Approved Product” endorsement from the Craft Guild of Chefs.

Initially created for the premium steak burger sold in the Brasserie fine dining rooms on all P&O Ferries going to Belgium, France and Holland, this moreish roll is made with free range eggs, the finest butter, black pepper and Red Tractor-certified flour. With that classical rich and tender brioche crumb thanks to their generous egg and butter content, these buttery beauties are light & sweet with a perfect peppery punch, aroma and flavour. Each 90g roll is a splendid carrier to many a fine burger or posh sandwich.
