Central Foods adds MORE gluten-free products to portfolio

Central Foods is delighted to announce it has won the exclusive frozen foodservice distribution business for Dohertys, the family butcher and principal producer of gluten-free beefburgers, sausages and meatballs for caterers and retailers in Northern Ireland and County Donegal.

So tasty are the new Dohertys gluten-free products, they are now also available in the larger retailers in the UK and available to caterers for the first time from Central Foods:
* free-from wheat and gluten
* made with Irish pork (sausages) and Irish beef (burgers/meatballs)
* Beefburgers packed 7 x 454g (approx. 113.5g* each)
* Beef Meatballs packed 8 x 450g (approx. 30g* each)
* Pork Sausages packed 8 x 454g (8s size)
* Cocktail Pork Sausages packed 8 x 400g (approx. 13g* each)
*raw weight
