The new six-strong Christmas dessert range is suitable for vegetarians and includes a Chocolate and Raspberry Bar Gateau, Salted Caramel Profiterole Bar Gateau, a Fig and Pistachio Cheesecake, a Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie, a Dark Chocolate and Cherry Cheesecake and a Cox Apple and Blackberry Pudding.

Chocolate and Raspberry Bar Gateau – a rich chocolate sponge with a raspberry compote and white chocolate truffle studded with raspberries is topped with 20 profiteroles and finished luxuriously with a dark chocolate mousse and crunchy chocolate shavings. Each slice with two profiteroles has a trade price of approximately £1.44.
Salted Caramel Profiterole Bar Gateau – this on-trend dessert features layers of chocolate sponge with chocolate truffle, Irish cream mousse and salted caramel, garnished with 20 profiteroles and a cocoa dusting. Each slice with two profiteroles has a trade price of approximately £1.44.
Fig and Pistachio Cheesecake – a delicious fig compote topped with a pistachio cheesecake covers a crumbly digestive biscuit base.
