Nic Sharman is a pragmatic professional with a MSc in Food Safety Management who has worked in the food industry since 1995, with proven expertise in all food and drink categories. This in-depth knowledge of standards and practices in manufacturing, catering and retail ensures she gets the best from people and teams, improving efficiency as well as creating new effective standards and systems to work to.
During her time at M&S she was responsible for developing the industry manufacturing standards, the food safety and integrity audits. She has global experience as a food safety and integrity auditor with knowledge across all food and beverage categories. Therefore, able to support companies who manufacture in high care, high risk and low risk facilities.
Nic has established Nic Sharman Consultancy Ltd in 2020 and Cibus Solutions Ltd in 2023. Nic takes a pragmatic professional approach with her clients to drive standards, work with teams to ensure they meet their customer requirements and delivers tailored projects for her clients. Cibus Solutions Ltd conducts audits for retailers or manufacturers supply chains in the food and beverage industry.
