Our “Understanding & Influencing Consumer Behaviour” module starts in a few short months. The module will provide you with an understanding of what consumer behaviour is and why it is important to food manufacturers and retailers.
This training module aims to develop your knowledge of the underlying consumer behaviour mechanisms, and learn how to identify a range of important factors that influence consumer decision-making and actual purchase behaviour. In addition, you will also develop an understanding of the marketing implications of consumer sensory, psychological, sociocultural and buying behaviour processes.
The module is delivered by a period of E-learning beginning September 2015 followed by a 4 days of campus workshops hosted by the University of Reading’s award winning Whiteknights campus from 19th – 22nd October 2015 where participants have direct access to leading academic and industry experts.
