Members should be aware that new rules come into effect from 1 January 2021 for goods being sent into Northern Ireland. If you deliver into a English or Scottish RDC for your customers then you may need to provide them with additional information such a production facility details. If you ship directly to a retail customer in the province you are required to complete a simplified declaration. We are still awaiting the full publication of what these declarations will look like.
