
Porky Whites is looking for a hands-on Factory Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of our production facility in Surrey.
This is a Monday to Friday role (6:30am – approx. 5:00pm), and we need someone who is present, visible and actively involved on the factory floor — leading from the front.
We have a strong, capable team of 32 (including drivers and admin), and we’re looking for the right person to build on that foundation — strengthening cross-training, supporting some new recruitment, and motivating and developing the team.
This is very much a “roll your sleeves up” opportunity. We need a practical, solutions-focused all-rounder who doesn’t mind getting stuck in, setting standards and driving consistency every single day.
Ideally, you will:
Have a strong background in food manufacturing
Be confident managing production operations within an SME environment
Have solid sausage or meat processing experience to hit the ground running
Be available for an immediate start for a minimum 6-month period
