The Department for Business & Trade have recently published a strategy which sets out their proposed approach to helping the hospitality sector bounce back from Covid-19.
Developed in collaboration with businesses across the sector, the Hospitality Strategy sets out how the UK government will work with them, as it reopens and recovers from COVID-19.
Split into three distinct phases: Reopening, Recovery and Resilience, (the three ‘Rs’), the government hopes that sector partners can work together to build it back and make it stronger and more resilient.
This strategy sits alongside the Government’s High Streets Strategy and its Tourism Recovery Plan which collectively have a key role to play in levelling up every part of the UK.
