Jones brings with him a wealth of experience in the public sector and contract catering. His distinguished career spans over 40 years, during which he has consistently demonstrated a deep understanding of the sector and a passion for culinary excellence.

Starting his journey as a Trainee Chef in the NHS, Jones progressed to become the Service Development Director for ISS and established himself as a respected consultant at AJ Associates. He served as the chair of the Hospital Caterers Association and the chair of Public Sector Catering 100 (now Public Sector Catering Alliance), and has earned awards for outstanding contributions.

Jones is also renowned for his involvement in various initiatives, including co-running Nutrition and Hydration Week. He has collaborated with esteemed figures such as James Martin on the BBC One program Operation Hospital Food and Tom Heap on his publication “39 Ways to Save the Planet.”

This appointment marks a significant step for BonCulina as it continues to elevate its offerings and deliver exceptional food service solutions to clients nationwide. Jones emphasised the importance of high-quality nutrition served elegantly, which is exactly what BonCulina offers.
